In submitting this application, I hereby declare my teams sincere desire to serve on a Tennis Ministry International project. I understand that the purpose of the project is to share the message of a personal relationship with my Lord Jesus Christ. If my team is accepted with the ministry of Tennis Ministry International, it is my fullest commitment to be prepared spiritually, mentally and physically to uphold the highest standards as an ambassador of Jesus Christ. I further understand that it is my responsibility to trust the Lord to help me raise my full share of the costs involved with this Tennis Ministry International project.

Because of the high visibility of our personal lives in a ministry of this nature, we need to be above reproach and an example of one representing Christ to others. Tennis Ministry International is concerned that the project participants exhibit strong convictions and a lifestyle consistent with Biblical standards. As a team leader, we want you to understand that a past problem with illegal drug use and/or immoral relationships will not necessarily prevent you from being accepted provided: 1) it can be determined that convictions are strong and consistent with Scripture, and 2) a sufficient “time-tested track record” of victory has been established. Only those involved in the process of selecting project participants will review this form.
